Robert W. St. Clair, a partner in FBSR&W, concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, business/personal injury/employment litigation, and civil appellate matters. Robert has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in business bankruptcy law since 1988 and is a trained mediator. He practices in both state and federal courts in Texas (including bankruptcy) and bankruptcy courts in New Mexico and has tried many jury and bench trials during his 30-year legal career.
