Juanici (Nicie) Garcia Pratt is an assertive attorney that values hard work and integrity. However, Nicie also has experience with high conflict cases, which have included small estates, large estates, custody battles, family violence, addiction, and even cases where a party has been diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. In addition to family law trial experience, Nicie has experience in business law and healthcare law. She enjoys working with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Prior to joining the firm, Nicie served as in-house counsel for a multi-billion dollar health system consisting of 5,000+ employees, five hospitals with a large medical staff, a large physician medical group, surgery center, imaging center, laboratory, health insurance company, ACO/clinical integration group, and health information exchange.
